GBBD from South Florida

I have not done a GBBD post for a few months, I decided to start again as public service to my gardening friends in the northern hemisphere.
Here are some blooms from my garden on this December 15.
This white begonia is blooming again; it survived the heat of the summer in very good shape.

My other two bougainvilleas that are planted in pots are also blooming.

This white with a touch of pink is my favorite.

Brunfelsia or yesterday today and tomorrow is beginning to put on it’s annual winter show, by Christmas it should be totally cover with flowers.

Italian basil

Coleus, I usually don’t let them go to flower but the bees love them.

Flowers of the Tricolor Ti

Crown of thorns, I have two colors red and pink. These are excellent plants for our hot South Florida weather.

The last flowers of the plumeria tree for this year

I felt the same way you did about GBBD. We southern gardeners have to keep the ball rolling during the winter months. Your bougainvilleas are beautiful.

Nice, Rusty. I love the plumeria the most but all your blooms are dazzling.

Thanks for thinking of us northerners. I enjoyed looking at your blooms, but when my eyes landed on that 77 degrees on your accuweather dealy I felt a tinge of jealousy. Mine currently says, "8". Well, in a week the days will be getting longer, and spring will feel a little closer.

All of your blooms are pretty. I think the brusfelia is my favorite.

Hi Rusty....here am I with a garden covered in snow and you show all the delights of a summer garden. Blogging opens up a whole new world to me....

I love bougainvilleas...I envy you having them in your garden. When we travel to Spain and see them covering the villas, I always feel a tinge of envy.....
