I had been thinking about buying a new digital camera for while. There was nothing wrong with my old one. The only problem I had was the display in the back was very small and my 54 year old eyes were having a problem seen the picture.
I purchased a HP camera with 3 inch LCD, now I can see what I am aiming at. The camera also comes with 10 mega pixels this is bit more that what I need (experts say all you need is around 7) but what the heck lets go for the best.
Now all I need is to learn a new system (no easy task for me) I never been a very good photographer so the first few pictures are going to be a work in progress.

Nice first photo.
My camera has a focusing problem from time to time and I have to beat on it to fix it. I am hoping that one day it will go out for good so I will have an excuse to buy a new one.
As far as megapixels go, if you ever want to do large prints, the extra megapixels will definately make a difference.
