Early morning at the DragonFly Garden

Early in the morning is my favorite time to take in my garden. The neighborhood is quite, no one is up yet, only my dog and I and a couple of coffee. It can’t get any better than that.

My dog Rosie wants to play and I want to contemplate the meaning of life.

The weather forecast for this weekend is more rain, so I will be doing very little gardening. We are expecting a cold front on Sunday night that will bring the temperatures to the mid 50’s with dry and clear days. Perfect fall weather

The middle photo really emphasizes the lushness of your garden. I like the under planting of ferns, and wall to wall green with the footpath through the middle.

Rusty .. you have a wonderful garden ! I totally agree on those quiet early mornings and how special they feel .. your furry play mate is very happy that time of day too .. I think she knows how good it is to enjoy times like that : )

Beautiful pictures, and like Northern Shade, I love that middle one. They really capture the serenity of early morning.

Rusty I love early morning in the garden as well. a Cup of coffee and I walk around my tiny garden taking in hwat the new day has brought. Usually a newly opened orchid bud or perhaps a vine that seems to have grown a foot overnight. Florida mornings are grand. Vickie
