- Rusty in Miami
- I am a late-comer to the pleasures of gardening but I come from a long line of farmers and gardeners. I was born on the island of Cuba and my family always worked the soil, cultivating plants for food and beauty. Today I live in the fast and hectic city of Miami. My back yard is small, but I am slowly trying to make it into an oasis and a refuge from the hardships of urban living. I live with my wife, two grown daughters, and my faithful Australian Cattle Dog, Rosie.

I wish the same for you.
By the way, I have a year around garden too, but being in zone 9a, I have to struggle through the winters a bit to do it. That's part of the fun of it I guess.

That plant looks like a weed to me I pulled some out yesterday leaves were just turning colour but the same little button flower,it spreads like wildfire i have sprayed all new ones comming up with weed killer.
